Job Description

Purpose of the role: The Senior Product Manager plays a critical role in shaping how our customers & members experience our brand online. You will define and deliver exceptional digital experiences that are aligned with our brand strategy and Customer Value Proposition (CVP). This includes developing the omni-channel strategy for how a customer discovers our products through to the joining experience, with a key focus on our websites. This role will require working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to optimise conversion rates and continuously improve our websites, ensuring it is a powerful tool for customer engagement, self-service, and business growth. This role will also be required to build product capability within THF, introduce new ways of working, product led thinking and be a driver of change. What will you do: Strategy, Product and Customer Experience: Define and drive product vision and strategy in collaboration with the Digital Lead and Transformation and Innovation team. Lead product discovery with a key focus on identifying growth opportunities, including roadmap creation and feature prioritisation. Collaborate with design teams on discovery, research and design delivery. Collaborate with engineering and agile project teams to ensure successful product delivery. Engage with stakeholders to align business needs, share updates, and incorporate feedback. Monitor product performance metrics and make data-driven enhancements. Mentor junior product team members and promote best practices in product management. Proactively identify risks and lead problem-solving efforts to keep delivery on track. Be a driver of change. Build product capability within THF, foster product led thinking, introduce new ways of working and be an advocate for best practices to stakeholders. Brand and Website Experience: Translate brand guidelines and CVP into compelling digital experiences across all online touchpoints. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across the website and other digital channels. Champion user-centred design principles to create intuitive and engaging online experiences. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure alignment between online and offline brand experiences. Lead the strategic development of new website features and functionalities to enhance user engagement and self-service adoption. Provide guidance and support to ensure effective delivery of website initiatives. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritise website enhancements, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Risk and compliance: Actively manage and contribute to meeting the company-endorsed KPIs set for THF Risk/Compliance, Gender Equality, Work Health & Safety & Heart Culture elements. Actively comply and adhere to all relevant Federal and State legislation, and all THF Policy and Procedures e.g., Sexual Harassment Policy, WHS Policy, Code of Conduct.
