Strong Project Pipeline Automated engineering-based projects Sydney Airport Location Daifuku Oceania is the industry leader in Intralogistics (warehousing and distribution) and Airport (Baggage Handling) systems. Due to continued growth in our pipeline of works, we are currently looking for and experienced project manager to join our team. About the role You will successfully deliver projects including the project scope of works, develop strong mutually supportive relationships, actively manage project budget and cost estimates and ensure client expectations are met across our client sites in Oceania and the South Pacific Region. Your responsibilities include: End to end project management from scope management, budget control, contract scheduling, subcontract management, supply chain management, quality control to commissioning of the works. Coordinate multi-discipline system design and associated supporting infrastructure Manage on-site and off-site activities of sub-trades, suppliers and other supporting infrastructure Maintain a safe and stimulating work environment for all team members Oversight of project team assigned to projects Administrate the head contract and all associated secondary and subcontracts Client and client representative relationship management About you A team player with a positive, proactive attitude, youll bring proven project management experience in project management of automated engineering-based projects. Experience in the design and construction of Mechanical and/or Electrical / Controls systems Strong commercial acumen with contractual experience Confident with planning, organisation and directing of resources, prioritisation skills Customer centric with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships at all levels with internal and external stakeholders Strong computer literacy especially in MS Excel and project scheduling packages such as Microsoft Project, Primavera or similar For You Become part of a high performing team led by our passionate leadership team invested in your growth and development.
