Job Description We currently seek a full-time, casual vacancy in our Department of Accounting, Finance, and Economics, commencing in Trimester 2, 2025. As a Lecturer, specialising in personal finance/financial planning at Griffith, you will: Contribute to high-impact research and build a portfolio of high-quality outputs. Foster an outstanding student experience and encourage active participation in learning and teaching. Continuously improve teaching practices through professional development and critical reflection. Support high-quality learning outcomes through innovative and future-focused approaches. Develop meaningful partnerships with the broader community and external stakeholders. About You We are looking for individuals with a doctoral qualification in a relevant discipline, a special interest in teaching personal finance/financial planning and the ability to network effectively with internal and external stakeholders. You should also demonstrate leadership in teaching and curriculum development, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to working in a collegial manner. Salary Range This position is a Casual, full time vacancy and the successful applicant will be paid an hourly rate, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. You can be based either at our Griffith University Brisbane South (Nathan) or Gold Coast campus. As Griffith is a multi-site University you may be required to work across other locations.
