About the role Deliver and conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and deliver evidence-based treatments for community clients Develop and implement individualised care plans aimed at optimising functional outcomes and supporting recovery in the community setting Liaise with community services, healthcare providers, and support networks to facilitate coordinated care and appropriate referrals Build broad clinical experience while contributing to research and service improvement Join a supportive team committed to growth, mentorship, and high-quality care About you Youre a qualified and AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist, with a current Class C drivers license. You bring proven experience in community settings and have a passion for delivering compassionate care to our vulnerable populations.
