For Skilled Asphalt Labourer and Plant Operator to operate asphalt machinery and assist with civil projects for a reputable civil contractor. Salary guide : $30 - $40.00 per hour regular overtime (based on experience) Location : Western Sydney (start and finish at the depot). Your normal day will involve: Operating rollers, asphalt pavers, and screed boards with confidence and care General asphalt labouring level checking, raking, and hot mix handling Supporting edge work, compacting finished surfaces, and maintaining job flow Daily pre-start checks, minor maintenance, and flagging any equipment issues Working closely with a steady crew, attending toolbox talks, and sticking to WHS protocols Your next employer is a respected civil contractor, offering long-term stability, a tight-knit work environment, and hands-on machine time with minimal travel across Sydney.
