Your Role We currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Grounds Maintenance & Cleaning Team Leader to join our team! In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality grounds maintenance and cleaning services across a variety of sites in Brisbane and surrounding suburbs. In addition, you will: Use of whipper Snippers and blowers to manage vegetation and debris Operate mower to mow large open sites Assist as required in other grounds maintenance activities Complete daily cleaning of parks & gardens as required Manage delivery of works on site to ensure productivity Operating a vehicle with trailer attachment Complete job information on an iPad, i.e. photographs, work logs, pre-starts & labour entries Perform general maintenance to plant and equipment Ensure all safe work practices are followed What You Bring To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in landscaping, gardening or grounds maintenance. Additionally, you will: Hold a current & clean drivers license with reliable transport Hold a valid Police Check (Or willing to obtain) Reliability and a willingness to travel Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively A strong commitment to safety Team leaders will be provided with a Work Ute, Trailer, Mobile phone. Project to commence on 02/07 but training day will be 30/06. Why Join?
