In this role, youll: Lead & Inspire Take charge of a dynamic team, guiding them towards success with your expertise and passion. Mentor & Develop Train and support new and existing coaches, fostering a positive and professional coaching environment. Grow the Program Design, deliver, and promote engaging gymnastics programs that boost participation and keep athletes coming back. Drive Success Play a key role in marketing, promotions, and membership growth while ensuring the financial success of the program. We are looking for someone with a strong coaching background (minimum Intermediate Coaching accreditation) who is eager to take their next career step in a leadership position. Access to our corporate health plan with HCF, offering very competitive and comprehensive health insurance products About You Hold an Intermediate Coaching accreditation (or higher) and technical membership with Gymnastics Australia/Gymnastics Queensland Hold a Gymnastics Australia ''Supervisor Certificate'' Experience in the leadership and management of a Gymnastics/Gymsports Program (nice to have) Showcase your expertise in working with children, young adults, special needs, and socially challenged groups through sports and exercise.
