As a Remediation Analyst, youll lead end-to-end analysis and delivery of remediation activities impacting TAL customers and internal teams. You will: Analyse customer impact and support root cause investigations Collaborate across TAL to drive remediation initiatives aligned with our Customer philosophies and risk framework Facilitate stakeholder workshops and working groups to ensure accountability and progress Support strategic remediation and operational resilience projects Qualifications 3 years in financial services or life insurance, with strong operational knowledge of the Individual Life business Proficient in life insurance systems, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical issues and influence stakeholders Proven experience in process ownership, project work, and managing remediation or risk initiatives Deep understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., APRA, Life Act) and strong customer service focus Additional Information TAL is one of Australias leading life insurers, committed to inclusion, and supporting the career growth of our diverse workforce.
