What you''ll get from the Indigenous Internship Programme Over the 6-week paid program, youll get hands-on experience, build confidence in a real-world environment, and develop a broad set of professional and technical skills. Youll learn from supportive mentors, work alongside experienced teams, and gain valuable insights that will help shape your future. Well ease you into the experience so you can grow at a pace that works for you: Weeks 12: 3 days per week Weeks 34: 4 days per week Weeks 56: 5 days per week Throughout the program, youll be paired with an Aurecon mentor wholl be there to guide you, answer your questions, and help you get the most from your time with us. After completing the 6 weeks, you may have the opportunity to continue your journey with us through other early careers programmes - a chance to deepen your skills, expand your network, and take another step toward a rewarding, long-term career adventure. What we''re looking for from you Were looking for those who are eager to grow, collaborate, and bring fresh thinking to the table. To be eligible you must be: Studying a relevant degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project/Construction Management, Science, Commerce, Business, Urban/Town Planning, Sustainability or related double degree.
