About the Role Due to an internal promotion, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Processing Supervisor to join the team. Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Manager, you will lead a team of 1012 operators in a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys balancing leadership responsibilities with day-to-day involvement on the factory floor focused on safety, compliance, quality, and output. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily processing and blending operations Supervise cleaning, hygiene cycles, and compliance tasks in line with audit standards Ensure accurate documentation and use of digital scanning systems Support production flow and resolve any operational issues as they arise Run daily team briefings and performance updates Lead and develop your team through coaching, onboarding, and accountability Drive a culture of continuous improvement and workplace safety About You You''re a confident, safety-focused team leader with a solid background in food or FMCG production. Youll ideally bring: Proven experience supervising production or processing teams in a manufacturing setting Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, WHS, and other compliance requirements Strong communication and scheduling skills Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset Familiarity with digital tools (ERP/QAD/SCADA highly regarded) Why MOVE?
