The Role: An opening for a highly motivated and organised Compliance Officer who will be responsible for ensuring all paperwork meets the compliance standards required within the business and externally by checking, monitoring, and auditing. Based at our Brisbane Transport depot and reporting to the Group Manager - Transport Safety. Key responsibilities: Maintaining NHVAS (National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme) information Perform compliance checks and audits on work Diary Pages (WDPs) to ensure accurate completion Ensuring WDPs are submitted in accordance with company and legislative time frames Data entry and maintenance of other compliance related information and documentation About you: Within the role, you will liaise with and guide multiple people so excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. We anticipate you will also be able to demonstrate: Prior experience within the heavy vehicle industry and/or compliance is highly advantageous but not essential as full training will be given for the right candidate.
