About the Role: As an HR Administrator, you will support a wide range of administrative and recruitment functions to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the HR department. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Coordinating employment documentation including contracts, letters, and compliance checks. Supporting recruitment processes: scheduling interviews, posting job ads, managing candidate communication, and updating records. Managing onboarding and offboarding processes for staff. Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders. Maintaining accurate systems and records to ensure HR compliance. Contributing to ad hoc projects and initiatives that enhance the employee experience. About You: Youre a highly organised and enthusiastic HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. With strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail, you enjoy supporting others and building positive relationships at all levels. Ideally, you have: Previous experience in an HR administration role (experience in Education is a bonus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong time-management skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities. A team-focused mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
