Our E-Mobility team is shaping the future of electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure across Australia, and were on the hunt for a Technical Solutions Engineer to help us deliver bold and innovative EV charging solutions. If youre an experienced electrician or engineer, passionate about building sustainable solutions and working across the full project lifecycle, this could be the role for you. Your responsibilities will include: Design and engineer EV charging solutions across a range of sectors, from apartments and commercial buildings to and strategic tenders. Partner with sales and bid teams to scope and propose compelling, customer-focused solutions. End to end engineering support from site inspection to commissioning. Play a critical technical role in the tender and bid management process. Be a technical subject matter expert in the EV Charging team. Contribute to research and testing of EV charging hardware, accessories, software, and system integrations. Troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues and provide on-the-ground support when needed. What will you bring? Were after someone who brings more than just technical know-how. You''ll need to be proactive, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-moving environment. Strong collaboration skills are essential as you''ll be working across teams and with a variety of external partners. You should feel comfortable juggling competing priorities, thinking on your feet, and navigating ambiguity with confidence. You will also have; Electrical trade or engineering backgroundyou could be a licensed electrician with strong installation experience or hold an electrical engineering degree. Deep understanding of Australian electrical standards and installation regulations (DNSP, SIRs, NCC, etc.). Confidence in stakeholder managementworking with sales teams, contractors, suppliers, and customers to deliver seamless solutions. A flexible, customer-first mindset and willingness to get hands-on across a range of engineering challenges. Experience with contract management or tender responses is a bonusbut not essential.
