Your new opportunity: Located in Brisbane QLD, the S enior Property Valuer will be responsible for providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diversified asset market in the core commercial space. Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and at the same time achieving personal annual budgets. The key responsibility areas around operational focus with maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You have a commitment to professional development, together with: Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications CPV status combined with 5 years commercial valuation experience.
