Fetch Recruitment are currently looking to speak to HSE Advisors within Brisbane for an exceptional Tier 3 Commercial builder. The Company: Tier 3 Commercial builder, delivering projects $30m Over 100 years industry tenure, delivering projects in multiple states and sectors including educational, industrial, hospitality and community projects. Excellent track record of returning clients. Interstate presence across NSW,QLD and VIC. The Role: HSE advisor The focus to be covering predominately multiple projects within Brisbane City, with the expectation of handling up to 3 projects at any given time. Expertly utilising Hammertech to update and maintain site safety procedures. Ability to ensure compliance with industry regulations, site safety protocols, and company HSE policies. Review/report on matters pertaining to OH&S on site. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address HSEQ issues promptly and effectively. Directly report to/collaboratively work alongside the company HSE Manager/Site managers to plan ongoing OH&S requirements. Review sub-contractor SWMS. Lead comprehensive on-site safety audits: Identify potential hazards, ensure compliance with safety standards, and recommend corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment. Quality control and rectification. Effective administration and communication with subbies, project management and client/s Must have: 3 years experience in a similar OH&S/WHS/HSR role Minimum Certificate 4 in OHS. MUST HAVE experience within the Commercial construction industry. Access to a vehicle for travelling purposes.
