The Applications Specialist is responsible for providing application subject matter expertise, analysis, and support for D365 FinOps.If you thrive in complex care environments and are passionate about using technology to enable high-quality services, this is an ideal opportunity to make a real difference. Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues, ensuring alignment with the ITIL service management framework (incident, problem, test, change and configuration management).Direct and govern comprehensive release management processes, including:Test plans and test casesTest summaries and system testingCoordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Drive continuous improvement activities, collaborating with end users to document business requirements for custom development and system integration projects.Use advanced T-SQL to develop, generate, and optimize user-driven reports using:Integrated reporting toolsExternal platforms such as Power BIManage vendor relationships to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Lead high-level issue resolution and manage collaborative relationships with technical specialists, vendors, and stakeholders.Develop and maintain:User guidesTroubleshooting documentationKnowledge base articlesProcedures and training materialsProvide system user training as required.Who Were Looking ForYou are an experienced Senior Applications Specialist with strong communication skills. You are able to work with a variety of stakeholders with varying levels of technical competence. Your experience working within aged care will enable you to relate to our internal stakeholders and provide relevant support. Experience with D365 FinOps or Epicor is highly desirable to thrive in this role.
