Innovation product role in a leading alcohol company. A dynamic mid-senior Innovation Manager is needed for a short 4-month contract, leading RTD innovation projects from concept to launch. This role sits within an agile innovation delivery team, working across multiple product lifecycles and market segments. Key Responsibilities: Product Development Drive liquid and packaging development to optimise & transform NPD projects. Project Delivery Lead commercialisation efforts from Gate 1 to launch, ensuring market readiness. Pipeline Management Support innovation pipeline tracking and stakeholder communication. Governance & Process Ensure best practice execution of StageGate (SG) processes What You Bring: 3 years of innovation management or product development experience (can be from a brand background) Experience with FMCG products and NPD, beverage a bonus but not required Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing commercialisation efforts. Familiarity with innovation frameworks (Stagegate) and best practice Strong stakeholder managementguiding finance, brand, and shopper teams to deliver new products. Work Details: Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home Fast-paced, highly collaborative environment Contract until the end of October 2025, with potential for ongoing work. Can accept WHV.
