About the Role The Foster Care Team Leader reports to the Foster Care and Permanency Programs Area Coordinator. This role will be responsible for leadership and service delivery of a casework, carer support or contact worker team to ensure the requirements for the young people, families and carers we support, the community, state government and legislation are met.
