Superannuation & Salary Sacrifice Benefits Adelaide SA Full Time, Permanent Role About the Role This is a multiclass position (AHP3/RN2), and classification will be determined based on your qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. As a Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of clinical documentation within the electronic medical record. This work is essential to support the delivery of high-quality patient care, ensure correct clinical coding, uphold accreditation standards, and facilitate appropriate revenue reimbursement. In this influential role, you will educate and support multidisciplinary clinical teams, conduct compliance audits, and lead documentation improvement initiatives that drive cultural change and strengthen collaboration between clinical services and corporate stakeholders. Whether you are applying as an RN2 or AHP3, your expertise will directly improve health outcomes, ensure data integrity, and support continuous clinical excellence. About You You will bring a collaborative mindset, strong attention to detail, and proven ability to work across multidisciplinary teams to influence clinical documentation practices. Your communication and analytical capabilities will support effective liaison and the delivery of high-quality patient records in line with accreditation and coding standards. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, and proven ability to influence clinical documentation quality. Minimum 5 years experience in health services, ideally within a hospital environment; EMR/PAS experience highly regarded. High-level problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritise, self-manage, and meet tight deadlines independently. Familiarity with clinical coding standards, accreditation requirements, and national safety and quality frameworks.
