We are recruiting an experienced Contract Performance Manager to join our business in what is an exciting and unique opportunity to work in Australias Defence environment and support national security requirements of the Nation. The Opportunity The Contract Performance Manager is responsible for the implementation, management and oversight of the Fuel Network Contract (FNC) Contractual performance obligations. Key responsibilities: Responsible for the oversight, implementation and ongoing management of the Performance Measurement Framework (PMF) and associated reporting systems for the Contract. Management of the At Risk Amount (ARA), Performance Incentive Fee (PIF) and reconciliation of performance with the finance team for required billing processes Development and integration of best practice metrics and data analysis methods that embed transparent and data driven decision making within the contracts reporting cycles Coordinate through annual planning and data item owners, the maintenance and upkeep of the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) Coordinate and facilitate the management of Contract Change Proposals (CCPs) inclusive of interfacing with the Commonwealths Contract Management team Overall ownership and coordination of the CIEP (Continuous Improvement) process and UGL divisional and line of business priorities delivering efficiencies and continual improvement Provide overall management and Contract Status Accounting for Contract Data. Lead and support the Cost Control team in control and management of the DFN MCC Contract Price (Price Book) Ensure Contract Price CBS elements are being managed, monitored and reported on within the approved budget parameters and approvals for the contract Preparation of Contract budgets and forecasts for the required Contract Status Reports and Annual Business Plan cycles (ABP) cycles Manage the establishment of the cost reporting and estimating capabilities on the Project, as well as accurate and timely, cost and time forecasting and reporting. Actively look for opportunities to engineer improvement in cost management. Liaise with Defence finance personnel in the management of the contracts budget Support the establishment of pricing new scope items and organic growth opportunities that are to be amended to the Contract. Provide oversight and support to the FNC Finance Manager and accounting team in the effective management of finance inclusive of forecasting, cash forecasting, margin analysis, accurate monthly reporting of the status of the Contract to the Project Director Ensure Work In Progress (WIP) and Accounts Receivables (cash) are managed effectively in line with policy and contractual payment terms across the Contract Work internally and with Defence Finance to ensure all applicable costs and commitments are effectively recovered within the requirements of the Contract Ensure the Contracts financial performance is within approved and agreed targets.
