About the Role We are now seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join our high-performing Human Resources team, based in Brisbane . This is a pivotal role supporting our frontline leaders and workforce across multiple sites and projects across Eastern Australia. As a trusted HR partner, you will provide practical and strategic HR advice across the full employee lifecycle. Youll work closely with operational leaders to support business objectives, workforce planning, employee relations, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Duties will include but not limited to Deliver expert HR support across the employee lifecycle not limited to employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) regarding employment related legislation and application at Contract Resources. Lead HR continuous improvement projects and initiatives, including diversity & inclusion, training, and system enhancements. Provide advice and assistance to management and staff on human resources Policies, Standards, Procedures, legislation and employment agreements. Coach and Mentor leaders across all Contract Resources Eastern Australian locations to work more effectively and strategically, enhancing people leadership capability. Work closely with Hiring Leads on resource planning solutions, including the effective allocation of internal talent around the business Drive and assist the Talent Management and Succession planning process for all Contract Resources locations within their Region. Requirements & Experience Needed Significant experience working in a Senior Human Resources / Employee Relations advisory role Tertiary Qualification in HR, Industrial Relations or another related field Demonstrated interface with Union and industrial relations processes Previous experience in establishing HR systems, standards processes and procedures Experience in grievance handling and performance management Strong knowledge in the application of Australian and in some cases applicable International Employment Law How to apply If you are seeking a challenging and rewarding role with a dynamic, growing organisation, please select the Apply Now button to submit your application.
