Position: Qualified Cabinetmaker Responsibilities: Interpret and assemble designs from shop drawings and specifications. Produce high-quality cabinetry and joinery for commercial and retail clients. Collaborate effectively with our dynamic team to complete projects on time and to the highest standards. Operate and maintain workshop machinery in a safe and efficient manner. Assist in training and mentoring apprentice cabinetmakers. Uphold the company''s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Certificate III in Cabinetmaking or equivalent qualification. A minimum of 3 years of experience in cabinetmaking and joinery. Experience in high-end commercial and retail projects. Exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with a range of woodworking machinery and tools. A commitment to workplace health and safety. Positive attitude and solutions-driven mindset.
