Team Leader - Sports Development and Strategic Planning Salary: $98,273.24 per annum Closing: Friday 4 July 2025 Full time - Permanent Greater Shepparton City Council is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Parks, Sport & Recreation department as Team Leader - Sports Development & Strategic Planning. In this role, you will lead and coordinate the delivery of key initiatives and actions relating to sport and recreation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sport and recreation with a focus on achieving quality outcomes for the community, through high level customer service and interpersonal skills. The position requires an individual with: Excellent organisational skills The drive and ability to work under minimal supervision Proactive approach to meeting deadlines with attention to detail Tertiary qualifications or extensive experience in a relevant field related to recreation, strategic planning, management and/or sports management.
