Our client, a well-established donut manufacturer in Dandenong South, supplies high-quality products to wholesale distributors, retailers, schools, clubs, and various events. Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking 1-2 experienced Process Workers to join their team. Pay Rate: $31.23 per hour Location: Dandenong South Shifts: Monday - Friday, 6/7 AM start, with finishing times between 12:30 PM - 2 PM depending on production requirements Key Responsibilities: This role involves rotating across three key stations every 1.5 hours: Feeding: Load donuts from trays onto the conveyor belt for jam filling. Packing: Transfer jam-filled donuts from the conveyor into boxes. Running: Support feeders and packers by moving trays, stacking boxes on pallets, running trays through the tray machine, and assembling boxes. Cleaning Duties: Maintain cleanliness of conveyor belts, jam needles, tray machines, and floors, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Skills and Experience Required: Previous experience in a fast-paced packing or production environment Prior experience in the food manufacturing industry (highly regarded) Reliable transport to and from Dandenong South Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 10kg Ability to work effectively in a team environment Availability to work 3-5 days per week If you are looking for a hands-on role in a thriving food production environment, apply today!
