About the role: Oversee daily operations of a high-volume, premium coastal restaurant with elevated service standards. Lead, mentor, and manage a passionate front-of-house team with a focus on structure, training, and accountability. Drive performance through hands-on service, consistent leadership, and a strong presence on the floor. Collaborate with senior operators to implement and refine systems across service, staffing, and stock control. Take ownership of financial performance, including COGS, labour management, and forecasting. Help shape the culture and guest journey in a venue with aspirations for industry recognition. About you: Proven experience as a Venue Manager or similar in a premium or hatted dining environment. Skilled in managing high-volume service while maintaining professionalism and guest focus. Strong understanding of front-of-house systems, team development, and financial KPIs. Able to review, adapt and implement SOPs, SoS and staff training matrix Calm and confident under pressure, with exceptional communication and organisational skills. Passionate about food, wine, and delivering polished guest experiences. Candidates must already reside in Australia and have full working rights - sponsorship is not available.
