If you love being hands-on, thrive in a busy caf environment, and want to lead a great team this is the opportunity for you. What Youll Do: Be a go-to leader support your team to deliver excellent service Bring energy to every shift and create a great team vibe Ensure food & beverage standards are on point quality, speed, and presentation Support stock management, hygiene, and compliance processes Train, coach, and motivate team members Maintain a positive, people-first culture What Were Looking For: Previous experience in hospitality, food retail, or cafes Understanding of food safety, hygiene and compliance practices Well-groomed & professionally presented Strong communication and people skills Early riser availability to work a mixture of shifts predominately from 4:00am starts including weekends & holidays Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card Valid RSA Certificate Perks & Benefits: Parking No one likes paying for it!
