Duties Working within a market leading team, you will be working on key national & international projects and transactions relating to all aspects of Energy & Resources such as, energy transmission, hydro, wind and solar. The role will also require you to advise clients on complex joint ventures, project development and mergers & acquisitions in the gas, mining, and oil industries. About You Mid-senior lawyer ( 3 PQE ), with experience in renewables, oil and gas or corporate law ; with A relevant Law Degree or Juris Doctor , coupled with great academics; A team player, who is also capable of working autonomously; The ability to build and maintain meaningful relationship with your clients; and Able to manage your time effectively and meet demanding deadlines.
