Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook meals according to dietary requirements and individual needs Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in all aspects of food preparation Support the development and implementation of menus Contribute to a positive, inclusive kitchen culture focused on quality service What Were Looking For: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience) Proven ability to manage food prep in a high-volume setting Understanding of Australian food safety and WHS standards Past experience in aged care is not necessary but favourable!
