With a healthy pipeline, proven track record and future growth planned, theyre now seeking a capable and motivated Residential Project Manager to join their Tauranga-based team. The role Managing 1015 residential new-build projects at any one time a mix of standard homes and bespoke design & build projects Working closely with subcontractors and suppliers procurement, scheduling, and problem-solving day to day Reading and interpreting residential construction drawings and plans Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, to budget and quality expectations Site-based coordination and regular site visits Tracking budgets and costs with support from an in-house QS team Managing site documentation and H&S requirements to NZ standards Reporting project progress to the construction leadership team Representing the business professionally with clients and stakeholders Requirements 4 years of experience in residential construction, either working as a Project Manager or Site Manager Trade qualified, ideally LPB (or working towards), with a Level 5 qualification as a minimum Comfortable managing multiple jobs concurrently across a defined region Familiar with NZS 3910 and residential Contract Administration Strong understanding of health and safety compliance Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams Ambitious, with the right attitude and values Benefits Competitive salary vehicle additional benefits Excellent leadership with a Construction Manager & General Manager as direct mentors.
