The Digital Growth Coordinator is a newly created position responsible for supporting the execution of digital growth initiatives across advertising, content, and digital channels, with a strong focus on paid social media. This role will help deliver impactful digital campaigns, including national fundraising efforts such as the Worlds Greatest Shave, by creating and testing social ad content and managing key website content updates. Youll play a vital role in helping the Leukaemia Foundation grow its digital reach, engagement, and impact. This is a full-time permanent position reporting into the Digital Growth Manager, based out of our ESA Village location in Dutton Park. Leukaemia Foundation adopts a hybrid working model, therefore if you have a suitable home workstation you will have the flexibility to work from home two days a week. Does this sound like you: Relevant qualifications and experience in digital marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field. Hands-on experience creating and optimising Meta and/or TikTok ad campaigns. Skilled in Canva (or similar) for designing digital assets with strong creative instincts. Experience using website content management systems (preferably WordPress). Understanding of key digital performance metrics and a passion for learning. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks to deadlines. Collaborative and proactive, with a growth mindset. Knowledge and exposure to NFP environments is advantageous but not essential.
