CA Private Investment Manger Finance Leadership & Strategy Platinum Pacific Partners is delighted to partner exclusively with a leading private investment firm to appoint a Head of Finance to their specialist finance team. Working closely with senior leadership, the Head of Finance will deliver strategic insight, operational excellence, and robust financial stewardship across a sophisticated portfolio. Key Areas of Responsibility: Finance Leadership & Strategy Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team while fostering a culture of excellence. Collaborate with executive leadership to shape and execute financial strategy, supporting long-term business planning and growth initiatives. Financial Control, FP&A & Insights Lead end-to-end financial operations, deliver consolidated reporting, and provide commercial analysis. Treasury, Tax & Compliance Oversee liquidity, tax structuring, and regulatory compliance. Finance Transformation Identify and implement system and process improvements to scale with growth. About You: CA qualified with a relevant tertiary qualification Extensive experience in senior finance roles within investment-driven or fast-scaling environments Proven ability to manage month-end close, consolidation, and reporting across a complex portfolio Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams Deep understanding of Australian tax and investment structures Experience in fund management, ideally across private markets Familiarity with multi-currency investment operations across multiple asset classes.
