Youll guide a highly skilled perioperative team, manage daily operations, and drive quality standards across services such as IVF, plastics, orthopaedics, and dental. Up to $150K super Relocation allowance available Monday-Friday hours only (no weekends or nights) Full site-level leadership and decision-making autonomy Access to a national DON peer support network Career growth in a well-resourced, coastal healthcare setting What Youll Be Doing Oversee all clinical and administrative operations Lead and mentor a scrub/scout and CSSD team Manage theatre lists, rostering, staffing, and consumables Drive NSQHS accreditation, audits, and clinical compliance Collaborate with surgeons, anaesthetists, and executives to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care Who Were Looking For: AHPRA Registered RN with 5 years in a DON, NUM, or Ward Leadership role Demonstrated experience in perioperative leadership scrub/scout capability highly regarded Strong understanding of consumables, staffing, and operational workflows Familiarity with NSQHS accreditation and audit frameworks IVF or day surgery exposure highly regarded Ready to start ASAP and open to relocating to the Gold Coast Ready to Lead?
