Learn more at THE OPPORTUNITY As the Marketing Manager reporting to the Business Manager, you will be a self-motivated and passionate individual driving the strategy for Upper Extremities at Johnson and Johnson, exceeding business results in Australia. Engage with key stakeholders on diverse projects, including new product launches and collaborating with marketing and leadership colleagues to design, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies. This dynamic role has the option to be based in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne or Perth. Join us in shaping the future of Upper Extremities marketing excellence. RESPONSIBILITIES Understand and actively shape the Global Franchise platform Strategy. Analysis of the Australian market to currently understand opportunity and future potential. Drive the longer-term strategy into annual sales plans to drive field activity, customer engagement and growth. Manage the CAPEX and OPEX mechanisms that drive profitable growth in business. Develop and utilise KPIs to monitor and improve key commercial and operations processes and performance. Coach and lead the performance and delivery of the sales team, sales managers and product managers. Understand the drivers of profitability and pricing strategy. Contribute to compliance with both corporate and regulatory standards. ABOUT YOU To be successful, you will bring an in-depth knowledge of the Australian Orthopaedic market, ideally in Upper Extremities with experience in marketing and sales. Critical to your success will be your strategic focus, commercial acumen and team approach. You will also demonstrate the following: Demonstrated extensive Orthopaedics experience would be required. Strong understanding and experience within the healthcare industry. People leadership experience is essential. Direct Marketing, NPI or Business Management experience (Preferred). Degree or masters level with Science, Engineering or Business Focus (MBA Preferred). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate, impact and influence. Customer centric focus, both internally and externally. A track record of delivering results and objectives.
