About the role As the Analyst Regulatory Engagement , you will support the ART Group by maintaining strong, enterprise-wide frameworks for managing interactions with key regulators in a structured and consistent way. You will be required to have a solid understanding of superannuation and the regulatory environment, along with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across the organisation. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Regulatory Engagement & Affairs, you will play a key role in strengthening ARTs regulatory maturity and engagement practices. Day to day you will: Help manage and respond to regulator requests by reviewing requirements, gathering input from stakeholders, verifying information, and handling related admin tasks. Organise and respond to internal needs like briefing papers or audit requests by identifying whats needed, collecting relevant documents, and reviewing them. Assist with internal and external meetings by taking minutes, preparing briefing notes, organising logistics, and tracking follow-up actions. Collaborate with the Senior Manager to prepare regulatory updates for Board Committees when needed. Identify and help implement improvements to regulatory engagement practices to boost the teams effectiveness and maturity. This role is available as a 12-month max-term/ secondment opportunity. About you It goes without saying you''ll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We''ll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It''s quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as Business, Commerce or Law. Experience in a regulatory engagement within the financial services industry, particularly in relation to superannuation, wealth management and insurance industries. Demonstrated knowledge of financial services laws and regulations and of Government and regulatory, process and procedures. Proven ability to develop relationships across the business and influence others, with demonstrated strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Proven experience in writing for a variety of audiences and in a wide range of styles. Proven ability to provide professional concise, efficient and effective advice and solutions.
