Real Estate & Property Property Management Brisbane Permanent / Full Time Posted: 3/6/2025 $90,000-$130,000 p/a Oversee a mixed - retail, commercial, childcare portfolio Brisbane based Seeking APM stepping up OR experineced PM Property Network of Australia is seeking a Property Manager to join a privately owned property group, with a diverse portfolio of retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use assets under management. My client is flexible on the level of experience the incoming PM will have, so we are seeking either an experienced Property Manager with exposure to complex assets or an Assistant PM/Junior PM looking to take the next step in their career and wants to contribute to the efficient operation of a high-performing team. This role involves full end-to-end property management across a mixed portfolio, with a focus on client relationship management, arrears control, reporting, and lease compliance. The ideal candidate will have previous or existing experience working in a Property Manager role within the commercial or retail property industry. 12 month FTC contract also an option (if attractive). Key Duties & Responsibilities: Manage rent collection, arrears, lease compliance, and rent reviews across a diverse portfolio. Coordinate monthly and annual reporting including income and expenditure budgets and outgoings reconciliations. Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, tenants, contractors, and internal teams. Coordinate maintenance requests, site inspections, and contractor compliance in collaboration with facilities support. Identify ways to streamline internal processes and reduce operating expenses across the portfolio. Liaise with leasing agents and internal stakeholders on lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations. The ideal candidate will have: Full time availability and a current Real Estate License Previous experience managing commercial, retail or industrial properties. Strong understanding of property accounting, arrears control, and lease obligations. Proficiency with property management software (such as MRI or equivalent). Excellent communication skills with a high level of attention to detail. A collaborative and professional approach with a commitment to delivering high-level service to stakeholders.
