What does the job look like?As a Call Centre/ Customer Service Manager, you''ll be leading a close-knit team of 40 dedicated call centre professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. This isnt a typical Call Centre we focus on providing top-tier service and effective solutions to our customers with operational hours from 6 AM to midnight, 7 days a week. Key areas:Coaching and leading teams across customer serviceManaging all escalations both internally and with clienteleReporting and analyzing teams'' performanceContinuous improvement to systems and processesResponsible for team budgetAre you the one?Your previous experience in this area makes you a true subject matter expert. Your energy and passion for team collaboration and excellence are infectious. You are an excellent communicator, someone that listens and responds well.
