From overseeing all WHS related matters, ensuring compliance to all relevant legislation, along with implementing and enforcing policies and processes, your work will make a tangible difference to the businesses and customers that the Australian financial sector serves.Youll also make an impact by:Developing and maintaining Cuscals Work Health and Safety Management System, ensuring compliance to the Work Health and Safety Act 2011, Regulations and Code of PracticeCreating and managing the delivery of all Work Health and Safety activities, including training needs and other servicesProviding advice to all stakeholders on all WHS issues and initiativesCreating, implementing and updating policies and procedures that ensure pro-active hazard identification and safe behavioursMonitoring and investigating current or potential WHS accidents (both physical and psychosocial), incidents and near misses, implementing preventative measures to stop future occurrencesWorking collaboratively with and actively coaching people leaders on their obligations and responsibilities relating to WHSWorking closely with the Return-to-Work Coordinator on Workers Compensation matters when required.Providing a professional and customer focused facilities management service to the organisation while overseeing and being actively involved in the day to day and future maintenance of the office floors and equipment.What Youll BringYoure a problem solver with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service or solutions.
