Our dispute resolution lawyers are recognised as being some of the foremost practitioners in their field with our Australian practice recognised in Legal 500 and Best Lawyers.We are seeking an experienced lawyer of 4+ PQE to Senior Associate level to join our Insurance Litigation team in Melbourne. This role will see you work alongside highly regarded partners Peter McGrath, Emma Dawes and Hannah Jankiewicz in a highly collaborative and supportive team.The practice focuses on -acting for the State of Victoria and community service organisations in claims involving allegations of abuse of children in care and institutional liability.public liability and personal injury claims where we act for government departments, public authorities and community service organisations.About the roleThis role presents a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded team of experienced and dedicated specialist lawyers.You will work closely with a supervising partner and will have the day to day running of files while receiving mentoring from senior members of the team. You will further advance your career via exposure to a range of matters including personal injury, common law claims and coronial inquests.
