This same mindset extends to our partner ecosystem, where we focus on quality, alignment, and value creation.About the RoleWe are hiring our first Head of Cyber Channel and Partnerships to build and lead our national channel and alliance function. This role is a strategic and operational leadership role focused on developing and executing a clear partner strategy that supports the growth of Triskele Labs through Managed Service Providers (MSPs), strategic partners, and vendor alliances.You will have full ownership of the partner program. This includes everything from designing the structure, identifying and onboarding aligned partners, managing ongoing performance, and collaborating internally to ensure partnerships are successfully integrated into our go to market and service delivery model.You will also take responsibility for vendor partnerships that support and complement our core service offerings. This includes managing relationships, co-marketing initiatives, joint value propositions, and ensuring vendors contribute positively to our service delivery standards.This is not a role to simply build a partner list. It requires a strategic doer who can operate at pace, bring structure where needed, and deliver results. You will be measured against clearly defined KPIs, including partner onboarding milestones, commercial outcomes, and strategic contribution.
