Due to the continued success and growth of Seven Consulting, we are currently seeking an experienced Program Director to join our delivery practice on a contract basis.Your RoleYou will be responsible for:Leading and managing large technology-based programs to ensure delivery on time, budget, and within quality, taking ownership, and overseeing the program through to completion.Work collaboratively with the client to align all key stakeholders into one team that has a shared vision and path to success. Ensuring transparency in reporting and all communications, solid stakeholder management, and implementing rigorous program management and control disciplines will enable you to meet the client''s expectations and deliver a high-quality service.Working with other senior PMO and program professionals to provide your insights and collaborate with others to deliver a high-quality solution.Managing projects and programmes using waterfall, agile, or hybrid delivery methods as appropriate.Tenacity and resilience, remain calm under pressure situationsWhat you bringA successful track record of delivery managing multiple large $50M - 200M+ programs for blue chip clientsExcellent references from previous employers and client sponsorsHigh energy levels to ensure program delivery or turnaround successNatural team-building skills, having managed 40+ staffDemonstrated ability to develop and foster strategic relationshipsExperience in the delivery of programs using waterfall, agile, and hybrid techniquesand high integrity will be your most significant attributes.
