We are recognized as a fast-growing, innovative company and a certified B Corp committed to sustainability and social impact.Role Overview:We seek a dynamic leader to head our inbound Sales team in Australia, focusing on high-performance, engagement, and scalability. Key outcomes include increasing lead conversion by 20%, boosting average order value by 30%, and ensuring consistent team performance.Responsibilities include building and mentoring the sales team, monitoring performance, managing sales operations and pipeline in HubSpot, providing accurate sales forecasting, personally closing high-value leads, and collaborating with marketing on lead quality and pricing strategies.Minimum Requirements:At least 5 years of sales experience in Australia as an individual contributor, with a minimum of 3 years managing sales teams. Recent experience in inbound sales, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or related services.
