This includes developing and implementing strategies to achieve profitability, market share growth, dealer network growth, and customer satisfaction. You will also oversee the day-to-day operations, including loan origination, underwriting, and servicing, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Key accountabilities also involve developing and managing the motorcycle financing budget, monitoring financial performance, and building strong relationships with dealers and other stakeholders.Who you are:Ideal candidates will possess at least 10 years of experience in financing or a related industry. You will have proven leadership and management experience, strong financial acumen, and analytical skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential, along with knowledge of industry regulations and best practices. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be proficient in relevant software and systems. A Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
