Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and leading a team of 3, the person were looking for will play a vital role in ensuring our venue teams can continue delivering the unique experiences Yo-Chi has become famous for, and the Support team can maintain our supercharged rate of growth. They are the gatekeeper of our high calibre team, the culture custodian of this movement of positive energy were creating.Yo-Chis Venue Managers are the most important people in our business, as the leaders of our customer experience. With the rate of new venues were opening we have a constant need to be filling the talent pool, so we need a Head of TA who can bring new and unique thinking to the team to help us recruit amazing leaders across the country.The Opportunity:Lead the talent acquisition strategy for Yo-Chi venue teams and the Support Team.Build strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to understand talent needs.Provide expert recruitment advice to achieve business and talent objectives.Develop and review recruitment policies and processes to ensure objectives are achieved.Lead initiatives to actively promote Yo-Chis Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and employer brand.Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract the best of the best candidates for a range of roles.Tune in to candidates through the recruitment journey to ensure the candidate experience is a positive one end-to-end.Provide reporting across recruitment metrics, spend and KPIs with data driven insights.Lead three direct reports across Melbourne and Sydney.Potential to play a part in supporting Yo-Chis global expansion as we launch into new markets this year.What were looking for:A proven track record of success in developing and executing internal talent acquisition strategies, including proactive sourcing, talent pipelining, and employer branding initiatives.Strong leadership and people management experience.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner across diverse teams.Ability to balance competing priorities and drive recruitment excellence in a fast-moving environment.Experience with recruitment technology, including ATS and other tools.Knowledge of employment law, regulations and basic HR principles.A can-do mindset, someone who tackles challenges, is a natural problem-solver, shows resilience and is passionate bringing the Chi to everything they do!Why Yo-Chi?Play a key role in our rapid growth and expansion.Work with a supportive team in a high-energy, fun environment.Flexibility to work from home and our venues!Unmatched career development opportunities.Be part of a company where your impact truly matters.Apply now!How do your skills match this job?How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
