This leadership role requires the development and execution of channel sales programs, the establishment of strong partnerships, and the oversight of a high-performing team to achieve business targets.What youll do:Develop & Execute Channel Sales Strategy: Define and implement strategies to grow sales through indirect channels, including distributors, resellers, agents, and other strategic partners ensuring alignment to Adobes partner strategies.Annual & Quarterly Planning: Manage and execute an annual and quarterly business planning process using astrategic planning model; Identify key go to market strategies and measures for revenue/ARR growth within APAC Channel segmentPartner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with channel partners. Provide partners with the necessary training, tools, and resources to succeed.Sales Performance Management: Set clear sales targets for channel partners, monitor performance, and ensure partners are meeting their targets. Drive performance improvement where necessary.Channel Marketing & Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute co-marketing campaigns and promotions to support channel partner sales efforts.Pipeline & Forecasting: Manage and track sales pipelines, providing accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of channel sales professionals to achieve sales targets and maximize partner effectiveness.New Channel Development: Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.Budget & Resource Management: Oversee the channel sales budget and ensure efficient use of resources.Customer Feedback: Work closely with customer-facing teams to relay valuable feedback from partners and customers to improve product offerings and services.What youll need:Proven track record (typically 8+ years) in sales leadership, specifically within channel sales or partner management.Strong experience in building and managing high-performing teams.Sales Management experience including managing team to quota performance; accurate forecasting and data analysis capabilities; understands partner''s monthly, quarterly and yearly results to provide context for Adobe results; and tightly manages the team''s priorities.Executive engagement involves developing and sustaining connections with partner and Adobe executive staff and senior management team.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute channel sales strategies.Internal OpportunitiesCreativity, curiosity, and constant learning are celebrated aspects of your career growth journey.
