The Information and Knowledge Resource Centre (IKRC) provides teams with access to authoritative information, records, and intelligence services. Intelligence Support delivers operational support for investigations and regulatory activities by sourcing intelligence from authorised external data systems, helping teams meet legislative requirements and reduce compliance risks.The roleAs a Compliance Coordinator, you will:Oversee team activities to meet service level agreements (SLAs).Support internal and external audits and analyse data for quality checks and improvements.Advise on compliance requirements and solutions for Intelligence Support and stakeholders.Assist with developing and reviewing policies and Access Agreements.Contribute to IKRC and business plan reporting.Manage relationships with external agencies and administer access to intelligence sources.Lead and manage staff, including recruitment, performance, and development.Collaborate with leadership to deliver core services and maintain staff engagement.About youYou are a proactive professional who meets business goals while fostering a supportive environment that enables your team to perform effectively and grow their skills. You prioritize your own efficiency and lead by example, ensuring your team''s output and conduct align with organisational standards. You build and guide a committed team focused on compliance objectives and recommend system improvements to enhance long-term results and overall performance.In addition, you will have:Qualifications in law, intelligence, finance or related fields, or experience in enforcement, legal, financial services, or government roles.Proficient in using multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office and databases, to manage and report information.Skilled in analysing complex data and providing clear advice or solutions.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience tailoring information to various audiences.Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building experience.Leadership skills to develop and manage staff, resources, and change effectively.Experience designing and delivering training programs.View the position description for more information or click apply'' to start your application.
