Add expected salary to your profile for insightsWe are looking for an experienced Autonomous Haulage System (AHS) Trainer / Installer to develop and deliver structured training and assessment programs for mobile mining technology and installation standards. The ideal candidate will have a background in training program design related to mining automation, fleet management systems (FMS), or mining haul trucks, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, effective training materials.Key Responsibilities:Develop training and assessment programs based on Autonomous installation standards and processes.Create training materials covering installation, commissioning, operation, and continuous improvement based on product manuals.Design and deliver training sessions in classroom and on-site environments for technicians, maintainers, and stakeholders.Update training materials regularly based on product updates and feedback.Coordinate with technical, engineering, and project teams to ensure training content is current and aligned with operational practices.Manage storage and documentation of all training materials.Qualifications & Skills:Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent).Valid WA Drivers Licence.Willingness to travel frequently to Pilbara, interstate, and work on-site.Trade certificate (Auto Electrical or HD Fitter preferred).Minimum 3 years of mining industry experience.Experience in training program design for autonomous mining systems, FMS, or haul trucks.Electrical knowledge and schematic interpretation skills.Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into training content.Experience designing assessment frameworks for training effectiveness.Hands-on train-the-trainer and operator training experience.Strong project management and communication skills.Familiarity with mining technology sector.What We Offer:Career growth opportunities with a market-leading employer.Positive working culture and team environment.Located in Wangara; international travel may be required.We are an equal opportunity employer.
