It works towards building and maintaining a workplace environment where everyone feels respected, valued, and empowered. Through sustainable and meaningful action, the team aims to cultivate a culture that recognises and celebrates the diversity of our people, their identities, and lived experiences.The Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator is responsible for the development, delivery and monitoring of various Diversity and Inclusion projects and programs aligned with the Departments Workforce Diversification and Inclusion Strategy and Action Plan.The successful candidate will have experience in working collaboratively with a wide range of teams to maintain and build a high level of diversity and inclusion capability, positioning the Department as an employer of choice in relation to the attraction, retention, and support of employees.Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, with responsibility for delivering key initiatives, including involvement in programs such our flagship Graduate Program.
