Full Time, Part Time Considered - Ongoing The Team: The Organisational Development (OD) team implements successful training and development programs, culture and engagement activities, strategic projects, and diversity initiatives across MBPH. The OD Team collaborates with all learning and development functions at MBPH and supports the regional training model for Northern Mallee health services. The Role: Reporting to the Director of Organisational Development, this position delivers high-quality training courses using various methods to staff at MBPH. The successful candidate will contribute to creating and reviewing current and new courses. Supported by partnerships within the People, Culture and Strategy Team, the role receives strong support from staff and leadership. You will be passionate about helping others learn new skills, primarily supporting staff in acquiring non-clinical skills and knowledge to excel and contribute to MBPHs success. This role also provides guidance on career paths and identifies future education and training opportunities aligned with workforce planning and organizational goals. This position is classified as HS3 under the Victorian Public Health Sector Enterprise Agreement. To be successful, you will have: TAE40110: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent (essential) Relevant vocational qualification and/or competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed (desirable) Experience in designing and delivering workplace training initiatives (essential) Experience in healthcare settings (desirable) For more details, visit www.mbph.org.au/job-vacancies.
