Youll collaborate to deliver powerful tools through user-friendly and intuitive interfaces. Every aspect of our product design is meticulously thought through and iterated. Your approach will reflect this pursuit of excellence and attention to detail.The roleThis role is within the Product team, reporting directly to the CPO, Claire dEste. Youll work closely with the CEO, Co-Founder James Cuda, other designers, and software engineers to evolve Procreate and our next-generation products.You should have a mix of technical proficiency, creativity, ideation skills, and a drive to create industry-leading products.What you''ll doCreate and document processes and procedures.Build our design system, workflow, and component library.Maintain and develop our design principles and language.Collaborate with designers, engineers, and creatives to produce high-quality work.Create beautiful, intuitive user experiences from concept to design.Design digital components to improve efficiency and maintain a consistent framework.SkillsExtensive experience in design, with a multidisciplinary approach including graphic, motion, and animation elements integrated into UX/UI.Creative flair, curiosity, and a playful approach to design, aiming to delight users and balance functionality with aesthetics.Attention to detail and a desire to learn, with the ability to work collaboratively on high-fidelity prototypes and iterate effectively.What to expect in the first 6-12 monthsComplete onboarding and get to know your colleagues.Learn our design practices, processes, and frameworks.Build relationships with key stakeholders across departments.Support and execute key design projects.Become an active part of the Product Design Team and contribute to product shipping.We want to hear from you.
