At Swissport, we are driven by our core values of Show You Care, Do the Right Things and Win as a Team, and we are currently seeking dedicated individuals, who align with these values, to join our team at various locations across the globe.Job SummaryThe Fleet Admin Coordinator is a key role in the Swissport Australasia operational support team responsible for coordinating the maintenance, administration, and oversight of the organisations airport ground support equipment (GSE) fleet, including assets owned by Carbridge.The role is responsible to provide high quality and responsive fleet support to the organisation through the provision of asset maintenance planning, delivery and reporting associated with both insourced and outsourced plant & equipment maintenance.You will work closely with the Head of Fleet and Carbridge Station Managers to ensure effective operations of buses throughout the network.Your activitiesEnd-to-end coordination of Carbridge Bus fleet including:Coordinate fleet maintenance planning and delivery, including management of internal and external maintenance providers performance and service levels;Liaise with internal technicians, ensuring productivity and efficiency levels are maintained;Bus planning, maintenance, monitoring and reporting;Support the development and implementation of fleet strategy, policies and guidelines aligned to Swissport Global Fleet priorities and operational requirements;Fleet compliance and safety planning, execution, monitoring and reporting;Fleet performance, reporting, business improvement and best practice projects;Implement and monitor strategies and tactical programs to maximise fleet productivity and efficiency;Monitor, review and provide decision support to complex and high value fleet repairs and modification and improvement programs;Implement and monitor systems for the safe and secure operation of all equipment;Raising of Preventative and Corrective Maintenance Work Orders, as appropriate;Approve or create purchase orders for Preventative Maintenance and consumables and other key expense items (as required).Your profileExperience in heavy vehicle and/or plant & equipment fleet management including planned maintenance, parts and supplier management (preferred);Thorough knowledge of Aviation industry particularly relating to bus operation and maintenance; (preferred);Extensive experience with CMMS''s (e.g. Maximo, etc.);Strong administration experience;Excellent time management, organisation skills and problem solving skills with the ability to manage a changing workload;Commercially focused with experience in a results driven environment;Strong analytical and judgment skills;Advanced proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suit with the ability to develop proficiency in using company IT systems;High level verbal reasoning, communication and interpersonal skills with the aptitude to be able to lead, direct, coach, develop and motivate a team and/or key stakeholders;Ability to work with minimal direction, displaying initiative and motivation.What We OfferPermanent Full-Time position.Competitive remuneration.On-site employee parking available.Opportunities for career advancement.Accrual of annual and personal leave.Comprehensive training and ongoing support provided.At Swissport, we believe in diversity, equal opportunity, and the power of our values to drive our success.
